After doing this I found out my water footprint shows that I use more water than average in my home. I think the reason that is, is because I live with 5 other people in my household, which is a total of 6 people. Also I spent 30- 45 min in the shower everyday, plus my other family members who take as much time as I do in the shower. Although the water in the food I eat is large considering my dad cooks everyday to feed 4 kids at home. Although the use of water for my stuff isn't as bad. My family doesn't really care about furniture and other appliances to buy, unless ours break. For clothes I spend as much as an average person does. For transportation, my mom and dad carpool together since they work at the same job, both my sisters carpool since they go to the same school, and as for me I carpool with my aunt since my school is in the direction of where her work is. As for flying, neither me or anyone else in my family travels anywhere, nor do we have anywhere to fly to. Total of water use, I scored 1,583 out of 2,088 which is about 500 less than the U.S. average.
