Energy efficiency is when using products that use less energy to do the same function. Energy conservation is when greenhouse emissions are less due to conserving.

My home would be a 6.7 on a scale of ten on energy efficiency. My household follows most rules of conserving water and using less energy for household products.

The area in my home would revolve around unused electronics.

My household can unplug the unused electronics, use more energy star rated appliances, and take shorter showers.

Hot water is needed for dishes since it will wash bacteria better than cold water. Hot water feels nice and allows most people to relax in.
